Recurring Tasks
Some care tasks happen on a regular schedule — weekly check-in calls, monthly visits, or daily prayer commitments. Recurring tasks automate this so you never forget.
Setting up a recurring task
Section titled “Setting up a recurring task”When creating or editing a task, toggle Recurring and choose the frequency:
| Frequency | Example |
|---|---|
| Daily | Daily prayer for a member in the hospital |
| Weekly | Weekly check-in call with an elderly member |
| Monthly | Monthly home visit for a homebound member |
| Yearly | Annual anniversary or birthday outreach |
The task will automatically regenerate after each completion, with the due date moved forward to the next occurrence.
