Interaction Types
Every task in Flock Care has an interaction type that describes the kind of care being provided. This helps your team understand at a glance what’s been done and what’s still needed.

How types are used

- Reports — see breakdowns of care activity by interaction type
- Care timeline — each entry on a member’s profile shows the type of interaction
Choosing the right type
Section titled “Choosing the right type”Pick the type that best describes the primary interaction. If a visit includes prayer, use Visit — the type reflects the main action, not every detail. You can always add notes to capture additional context.
