Member Profiles
Each member has a profile page that shows everything your team needs to know at a glance.
What’s on a profile
Section titled “What’s on a profile”- Contact info — name, email, phone, address
- Birthday — displayed on the dashboard when it’s coming up
- Notes — free-text notes visible to your care team
- Family connections — links to related family members (see Family Connections)
- Care timeline — a chronological view of all tasks and care interactions logged for this person
- Groups — which groups this member belongs to
Contact actions
Section titled “Contact actions”From a member’s profile, you can quickly:
- Call — opens your phone’s dialer
- Text — opens a text message
- Email — opens your email client
These buttons appear at the top of the profile when the member has a phone number or email on file.
Editing a member
Section titled “Editing a member”Click the Edit button on any member profile to update their information. Changes are saved immediately.
Care timeline
Section titled “Care timeline”The timeline at the bottom of a profile shows every care interaction — visits, calls, meals, and more — in chronological order. This gives your team full context when following up.
