Member Profiles

Each member has a profile page that shows everything your team needs to know at a glance.

  • Contact info — name, email, phone, address
  • Birthday — displayed on the dashboard when it’s coming up
  • Notes — free-text notes visible to your care team
  • Family connections — links to related family members (see Family Connections)
  • Care timeline — a chronological view of all tasks and care interactions logged for this person
  • Groups — which groups this member belongs to

From a member’s profile, you can quickly:

  • Call — opens your phone’s dialer
  • Text — opens a text message
  • Email — opens your email client

These buttons appear at the top of the profile when the member has a phone number or email on file.

Click the Edit button on any member profile to update their information. Changes are saved immediately.

The timeline at the bottom of a profile shows every care interaction — visits, calls, meals, and more — in chronological order. This gives your team full context when following up.
