Family Connections

Family connections let you see relationships between members — like a husband and wife, parent and child, or siblings.

Why it matters

When someone in a family needs care, it’s helpful to know who else is in the household. Family connections give your team that context without having to remember it.

Linking family members

1. Open a member’s profile.
2. In the Family section, click Add Connection.
3. Search for the related member.
4. Select the relationship type.
5. Save.

The connection shows on both members’ profiles automatically.

Viewing family connections

Family connections appear on the member’s profile. Click any linked family member to jump to their profile.
