Adding Members

Every person your church cares for gets a profile in Flock Care. Here’s how to add them.

  1. Click Church Members in the sidebar.
  2. Click the + button in the top right.
  3. Fill in the member’s information:
    • Name (required)
    • Email, Phone (optional but helpful for contact actions)
    • Birthday (shows upcoming birthdays on the dashboard)
    • Gender
    • Address (home and/or mailing)
    • Notes (anything helpful for your care team to know)
  4. Click Save.

You can also use the + quick-add button on the dashboard and select New Member.

If you have a list of members in a spreadsheet, you can import them in bulk instead of entering each one by hand.
