Adding Members
Every person your church cares for gets a profile in Flock Care. Here’s how to add them.
Add a member manually
Section titled “Add a member manually”- Click Church Members in the sidebar.
- Click the + button in the top right.
- Fill in the member’s information:
- Name (required)
- Email, Phone (optional but helpful for contact actions)
- Birthday (shows upcoming birthdays on the dashboard)
- Gender
- Address (home and/or mailing)
- Notes (anything helpful for your care team to know)
- Click Save.
Add from the dashboard
Section titled “Add from the dashboard”You can also use the + quick-add button on the dashboard and select New Member.
Adding many members at once
Section titled “Adding many members at once”If you have a list of members in a spreadsheet, you can import them in bulk instead of entering each one by hand.
