Managing Groups
Groups help you organize members and tasks by team, ministry, or any other category that makes sense for your church.

- Choose a color — this color-codes the group throughout the app.

Adding members to a group
Section titled “Adding members to a group”From a group’s page, click Add Members to search and add people. Members can belong to multiple groups.
Group visibility and privacy
Section titled “Group visibility and privacy”Private groups are useful for sensitive care situations. Only members of the group (and admins) can see the group’s members and tasks. This is separate from the sensitive task flag — a group can be private even if its tasks aren’t individually marked sensitive.
Editing or deleting a group
Section titled “Editing or deleting a group”Click Edit on any group to change its name, color, or visibility. Deleting a group removes the grouping but does not delete any members or tasks.
