Reports

The Reports page gives you a high-level view of your church’s care activity over time.

  • Task completion rates — how many tasks are being completed vs. going overdue
  • Activity by type — breakdown of care interactions (calls, visits, meals, etc.)
  • Team activity — see which team members are most active
  • Trends — track how your care activity changes over time

Go to Reports in the sidebar. Use the date range filters to focus on a specific time period.

Reports are useful for:

  • Elder/board meetings — show the scope of care your team is providing
  • Identifying gaps — spot members who haven’t received care recently
  • Celebrating your team — recognize volunteers who are going above and beyond
  • Planning — use trends to anticipate busy seasons and staff accordingly
