Reports
The Reports page gives you a high-level view of your church’s care activity over time.
What you can see
Section titled “What you can see”- Task completion rates — how many tasks are being completed vs. going overdue
- Activity by type — breakdown of care interactions (calls, visits, meals, etc.)
- Team activity — see which team members are most active
- Trends — track how your care activity changes over time
Accessing reports
Section titled “Accessing reports”Go to Reports in the sidebar. Use the date range filters to focus on a specific time period.
Using reports
Section titled “Using reports”Reports are useful for:
- Elder/board meetings — show the scope of care your team is providing
- Identifying gaps — spot members who haven’t received care recently
- Celebrating your team — recognize volunteers who are going above and beyond
- Planning — use trends to anticipate busy seasons and staff accordingly
