Goals
Goals help your team track bigger-picture objectives — things that span weeks or months rather than a single task.
Examples of goals
Section titled “Examples of goals”- “Visit every homebound member at least once per month”
- “Complete Margaret’s post-surgery care plan by March 15”
- “Onboard 5 new care volunteers this quarter”
Creating a goal
Section titled “Creating a goal”- Go to Goals in the sidebar (or use the + quick-add on the dashboard).
- Enter a title and description.
- Set any relevant dates or milestones.
- Assign to a team member if applicable.
- Click Save.
Tracking progress
Section titled “Tracking progress”Update goals as your team makes progress. Mark them as complete when the objective is met. Completed goals are kept in your history for reference.
