Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It gives you a snapshot of what needs attention today.

At the top, you’ll see summary cards showing key numbers — like total members, active tasks, and completed tasks. These update in real time as your team works.

The My Tasks tab shows tasks assigned to you, sorted by due date. Overdue tasks appear at the top so you can address them first.

The Feed tab shows recent activity across your church’s care team — completed tasks, new members, and care notes. This keeps everyone in the loop without needing separate status meetings.

The Birthdays tab shows upcoming member birthdays. Use this to send a card, make a call, or simply acknowledge someone on their special day.

The + button lets you quickly create:

  • A new member
  • A new task
  • A new care reason
  • A new goal

This is the fastest way to log something without navigating away from the dashboard.
