User Management

Flock Care is built for teams. Invite your pastors, deacons, group leaders, and volunteers so everyone can collaborate on care.

  1. Go to AdminUser Management.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Choose their role (see below).
  5. Send the invite.

The person will receive an email with a link to join your church’s Flock Care account.

AdminFull access — manage users, integrations, billing, and all care data
StaffManage members, tasks, care reasons, and groups. Cannot manage billing or users.
LeaderView and manage tasks and members within their assigned groups
UserView assigned tasks and basic member information

On the User Management page, click the role next to any user’s name to change it. The change takes effect immediately.

To remove someone from your church’s account, click the remove option next to their name on the User Management page. Their past activity (completed tasks, notes) is preserved in the system.
