User Management
Flock Care is built for teams. Invite your pastors, deacons, group leaders, and volunteers so everyone can collaborate on care.
Inviting users
Section titled “Inviting users”- Go to Admin → User Management.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Choose their role (see below).
- Send the invite.
The person will receive an email with a link to join your church’s Flock Care account.
Roles explained
Section titled “Roles explained”| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — manage users, integrations, billing, and all care data |
| Staff | Manage members, tasks, care reasons, and groups. Cannot manage billing or users. |
| Leader | View and manage tasks and members within their assigned groups |
| User | View assigned tasks and basic member information |
Changing a role
Section titled “Changing a role”On the User Management page, click the role next to any user’s name to change it. The change takes effect immediately.
Removing a user
Section titled “Removing a user”To remove someone from your church’s account, click the remove option next to their name on the User Management page. Their past activity (completed tasks, notes) is preserved in the system.
