Integrations
Flock Care can connect to popular church management systems to sync member data and reduce duplicate entry.

Setting up an integration
Section titled “Setting up an integration”- Go to Admin → Integrations.
- Select the system you want to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection.
Each integration has its own setup steps depending on the provider. You’ll typically need admin access to both Flock Care and the other system.
What syncs?
Section titled “What syncs?”Integrations primarily sync member data — names, contact information, and group memberships. Care tasks and notes stay in Flock Care.
